Sundae

An ice cream dessert with raspberries and chocolate marshmallow sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 tablespoons coconut liqueur (or lemon liqueur)
  • 4 scoops ice cream

Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce:

  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 50 g dark chocolate, chopped

Preparation

Place the raspberries in the bottom of glasses or cups, drizzle with liqueur, and mash them. Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, heat the cream until hot, then remove from heat and add the marshmallows and chopped chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add more cream or milk. If the ingredients do not fully melt, gently reheat the mixture. Once the sauce is ready, place the ice cream scoops on top of the raspberries, drizzle with the chocolate marshmallow sauce, and serve.
