Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries: 10 pieces
- Elderflower syrup: 1/2 cup
- Sparkling water: to fill
- Mint leaves: a few leaves
Preparation
Blend strawberries with elderflower syrup and mint using a blender. Fill with chilled sparkling water, additionally chilling in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then, pour into glasses and serve. After a moment, the strawberry sediment will rise to the top.
