- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Dried plum – 4 pieces

Preparation
Step 1: Marinate the Tofu Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, and smoked sweet paprika in a bowl. Mix well. Pour the prepared marinade over pressed tofu. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Bake or Grill the Tofu Skewer the tofu and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on the grill grate of a preheated grill. Bake or grill for about 10 minutes (on the grill, away from direct heat), then flip and bake or grill for another 10 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the BBQ Sauce In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. After that, blend the mixture and simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 4: Bake or Grill the Tofu with the Sauce Remove the tofu from the oven or grill and brush it with BBQ sauce. Place the sauced tofu back in the oven or on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes.
