Ingredients
- Leg of lamb, 1 piece
- Dried thyme, 1 teaspoon
- Oil, 5 tablespoons
- Sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon
- Hot paprika, 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon each
Preparation
Prepare the marinade: combine all the ingredients and rub the washed and dried meat with it. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
Half an hour before roasting, take the meat out of the fridge.
Transfer the lamb to a roasting bag and roast in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
