Preparation
- Cake Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the oil and vanilla extract, continuing to mix.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and orange zest.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined.
- Preparing the Pan:
- Line a 30×40 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
