Quail Eggs in Dill Mayonnaise

Quail Eggs in Dill Mayonnaise

An excellent appetizer that not only tastes delicious but also beautifully decorates your table.

  • 16 quail eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • A bunch of dill

  • Radishes
  • A small piece of chili pepper
  • Thinly sliced chives
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Boil the quail eggs in boiling water (3 minutes). Peel them and cut in half. Blend the mayonnaise with dill (use only the leaves, not the stems) using a hand blender.

Spread the dill mayonnaise on a serving platter, then place the halved quail eggs on top. Decorate with thinly sliced radishes, chopped chili pepper, chives, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
