Pizza with Pear and Roquefort Cheese Served with Arugula

This is an unusual version of pizza where you’ll find the extraordinary combination of pear and cheese. Be sure to try this flavor!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Pear: 500 g
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Arugula: 60 g
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Cream (18% fat): 200 g
  • Roquefort cheese: 175 g

Preparation

Step 1: Arugula Sauce Wash and dry the arugula. Finely chop 50 g of arugula and mix it with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer over the pizza crusts.

Step 2: Arrange the Ingredients on the Pizza Peel the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the cores, and slice them. Fry them in hot butter for about 1 minute on each side. Arrange them on the pizzas. Crumble the Roquefort cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the pears. Bake the pizzas one by one in an oven preheated to 220°C for 12-15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining arugula.
