Ingredients
- Sugar: 50 g
- Eggs: 2
- Butter: 40 g
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Flaked almonds: 25 g
- Peach halves in syrup: 820 g
- Amaretto liqueur: 4 tablespoons
- Vanilla ice cream: 200 g
- Butter cookies: 100 g
Preparation
- Drain the peaches. Sprinkle the peach halves with 2 tablespoons of amaretto and arrange them in a greased baking dish with the convex side down.
- Place the cookies in a freezer bag and seal tightly. Crush the cookies in the bag using a rolling pin. Lightly crush the almonds. Mix both ingredients with butter, egg yolks, sugar, and the remaining amaretto.
- Spread the mixture over the peaches and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve hot or warm with vanilla ice cream.
