- Almond milk: 125 ml (about 1/2 cup)
- Banana: 1 piece (about 110 g)
- Peach: 1 piece (about 156 g)
- Dried dates: 2 pieces (about 12 g)
- Walnuts: 3 pieces (about 9 g)
Preparation
- In a saucepan, place the millet, chopped dates, and milk, and cook for 15-20 minutes until the millet absorbs all the liquid.
