Olive Cheese Ball

This recipe is simple and doesn’t require any cooking, so you can enjoy the process without any stress. Feel free to add your own twist to the recipe. Like a bit of heat? Add some chopped jalapeños. Prefer a different cheese? Go ahead and experiment.


  • 1 (8 oz) carton of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon concentrated lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) package grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped green olives

Method of preparation:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice concentrate until smooth.

Add the grated cheddar cheese, chopped onion and green olives and mix well.

Shape the mixture into a ball. If the mixture is too soft to hold its shape, you can chill it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before shaping.

Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until firm.

Serve with a variety of crackers, breadsticks or vegetable sticks for dipping.
