- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Fresh fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit, kiwi, banana, pomegranate
- Optional for breakfast: a few tablespoons of breakfast cereal or oats and a teaspoon of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
