Baked Brie with Jam

Gather round for a classic favourite: Baked Brie with Jam. It’s a simple yet sophisticated dish that combines warm, creamy cheese with a sweet jam topping. Perfect for sharing, this starter is a sure-fire way to bring everyone together.


  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup mixed berry jam
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • assorted crackers to serve

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Place the Brie on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Spread the mixed berry jam evenly over the Brie.

Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the jam.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the Brie is soft and slightly melted.

Carefully transfer the baked Brie to a serving platter and surround with assorted crackers.

Serve immediately while the Brie is still warm and gooey.
