Keto Bread in a Cup

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ⅓ cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter: Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 15 seconds or until melted.

Mix the dry ingredients: Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Add the egg: Crack the egg into the bowl and mix well until smooth.

Microwave: Place the mug back in the microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds.

Let cool and enjoy: Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing. You can toast it if you like your bread crispy.
