Italian Spaghetti Carbonara

There are many ways to prepare carbonara, but the truly Italian one contains only a few ingredients. The most important are pasta, egg yolks, bacon, and cheese! Combined, they create a delicious Italian dish.


  • Bacon: 100 grams
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Large egg yolks: 3 pieces
  • Grana Padano cheese: 100 grams
  • Pasta and Italian cuisine seasoning: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Water (from cooking pasta): 50 ml
  • Spaghetti pasta: 240 g


  1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, mix egg yolks with grated cheese and add 50 milliliters of water from the pasta pot.
  2. In a frying pan, sauté garlic and bacon. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with fried bacon. Add the eggs mixed with cheese and mix vigorously. Serve warm.
