This somewhat milder version of the classic Boulevardier is created by substituting bourbon for Irish whiskey. It’s another cocktail that will appeal to Negroni enthusiasts. Simplicity and bitterness are definitely characteristic features of this type of drink.
Ingredients
- Irish blended whiskey – 40 ml
- Campari – 40 ml
- Sweet vermouth – 40 ml
Preparation
Into a low glass, add a few ice cubes, then pour in the ingredients in equal amounts in the following order. Gently stir the mixture and garnish with an orange zest. Ready to enjoy!
