A fantastic grilled snack! Stuffed mushrooms from the grill filled with camembert cheese, garlic, olive oil, spices, and parsley. Delicious!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms: 8-10 pieces
- Camembert cheese: 1 piece
- Olive oil: 2-3 tablespoons
- Green parsley: a few sprigs
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Sweet paprika powder: 1 teaspoon
- Fine iodized sea salt: a pinch
Preparatio
- Mix olive oil with spices, minced garlic, and parsley (leave some for sprinkling over the finished dish).
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems (just pull out the stem).
- Fill the mushrooms with the sauce and place a piece of blue cheese on top (camembert, or if you prefer more intense flavors, gorgonzola).
- Grill for a few minutes (or bake in the oven).
- Sprinkle with the remaining parsley before serving.
