A sweet treat for dessert lovers in the grilling season! Grilled peach halves served warm with honey, whipped cream, and ice cream.
Ingredients
- Peaches – 4 pcs.
- Vanilla ice cream – 500 ml
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml
Preparation
Slice peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the fruit halves cut-side down on the grill and cook until they are browned and grill marks appear. Flip the peaches and grill for another moment. Remove the peaches from the grill, brush them with honey on the cut side. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Place two peach halves on each plate, alongside whipped cream, and add any desired amount of ice cream using an ice cream scoop.
