Grilled Lamb Chops

Grilled lamb chops – a recipe for meat that is full of flavor and tastes great from the grill.


  • Lamb chops with bone, 12 pieces
  • Lamb tenderloin, 6 portions
  • Parsley, 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil, 1 cup
  • Dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon
  • Celery salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder, a pinch
  • Olive oil, 3 tablespoons (for greasing the grill)
  • Coarse iodized sea salt, to taste
  • Coarsely ground black pepper, 2-3 teaspoons


  1. In a bowl, prepare a marinade with a cup of olive oil, parsley, salt, celery salt, rosemary, chili, and pepper.
  2. Coat the meat with the marinade and leave for about 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the grill. Grease the grill grate with the remaining olive oil and grill the meat for about 6 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with grilled peppers and tomatoes.
