Grilled lamb chops – a recipe for meat that is full of flavor and tastes great from the grill.
Ingredients
- Lamb chops with bone, 12 pieces
- Lamb tenderloin, 6 portions
- Parsley, 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil, 1 cup
- Dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon
- Celery salt, 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder, a pinch
- Olive oil, 3 tablespoons (for greasing the grill)
- Coarse iodized sea salt, to taste
- Coarsely ground black pepper, 2-3 teaspoons
Preparation
- In a bowl, prepare a marinade with a cup of olive oil, parsley, salt, celery salt, rosemary, chili, and pepper.
- Coat the meat with the marinade and leave for about 20 minutes.
- Heat the grill. Grease the grill grate with the remaining olive oil and grill the meat for about 6 minutes on each side.
- Serve with grilled peppers and tomatoes.
