A delicious dessert that you can prepare on the grill. Banana, honey, walnuts, and thick Greek yogurt create a flavorful composition.
Ingredients
- Walnuts – 100 g
- Banana – 4 pieces
- Greek yogurt – 150 g
- Honey – 4 tablespoons
Preparation
Spread the walnuts on a grilling tray or aluminum foil and place them on the preheated grill. Toast until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Let them cool.
Make small bowls out of aluminum foil, place the sliced bananas in them, and drizzle them with honey. Close the bowls gently, pressing lightly, and place them on the preheated grill rack. Grill for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the grill, open the foil, top with thick yogurt, and sprinkle with walnuts.
