A grapefruit-based drink with sparkling water enhanced by Aperol aperitif. Vodka adds an extra kick. The strong orange color comes from the mix of grapefruit and Aperol.
Ingredients (in a 300 ml Collins glass)
- Grapefruit juice: 70 ml
- Sparkling water: 50 ml
- Aperol: 30 ml
- Vodka: 50 ml
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Place all the ingredients along with ice cubes into the Collins glass and stir. Additionally, you can garnish the glass with a piece of grapefruit.
