Ingredients
- Instant coffee – 2 teaspoons
- Milk chocolate – 20 g
- Vanilla ice cream – 100 g
- Heavy cream (30%) – 100 ml
- Water – 120 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients If using chocolate, melt it in a water bath. Put 2 heaping teaspoons of instant coffee into a cup and pour hot water over it. Whip the cream.
Step 2: Combine All Ingredients Put chocolate cream or melted chocolate at the bottom of a tall glass. Pour in the cup of hot coffee, top with whipped cream, and add scoops of ice cream.
