Ingredients

Chocolate

  • Dark chocolate (>70% cocoa) – 200 g
  • Milk chocolate – 300 g
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml

Fruits

  • Pineapple – 0.5 piece
  • Bananas – 2 pieces
  • Kiwi – 2 pieces
  • Strawberries – 150 g
  • White grapes – 150 g

Toppings

  • Cashews – 50 g
  • Pistachios – 50 g
  • Sunflower seeds – 50 g

Preparation

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate Pour the cream into a saucepan. Add chopped dark and milk chocolate, and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Wash and dry the strawberries and grapes on a paper towel. Peel the kiwi, bananas, and pineapple, then cut them into cubes about 2 x 2 cm in size. Thread the fruits onto skewers.

Step 2: Toast the Nuts Spread pistachios, cashews, and sunflower seeds separately on baking sheets and place them in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 6 minutes until they are toasted. After removing from the oven, let each ingredient cool, then crush them in a mortar.

Step 3: Dip the Fruits in Chocolate Pour the melted chocolate into a fondue pot. Place crushed nuts, sunflower seeds, and pistachios in small bowls. Dip the fruits first into the chocolate, then into the toppings.
