Truly American and truly crispy – they must be buffalo wings! You can prepare them incredibly quickly. It’s a perfect dish for dinner or an evening with friends!
Ingredients
Wings
- Wheat flour – 20 g
- Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
- Chicken wings – 800 g
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
Sauce
- Garlic clove – 1 pc.
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Barbecue sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Hamburger sauce – 0.5 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1: Coat the Wings in Dry Ingredients Mix flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder (optional) in a large bowl. Coat the chicken wings in this mixture one by one.
Step 2: Bake the Wings Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side) in an oven preheated to 190°C.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce Finely chop the garlic. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.
