- Vanilla pudding mix: 40 g
- Milk: 300 ml
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Crumble
- Butter: 50 g
- All-purpose flour: 80 g
- Sugar: 40 g
Rhubarb
- Rhubarb: 250 g
- Vanilla sugar: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Pudding Pour 200 ml of milk into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, pour 100 ml of milk into a bowl, add the pudding mix, and mix well. Pour the prepared mixture into the saucepan with milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the desired consistency.
Step 2: Prepare the Crumble Transfer all crumble ingredients to a bowl. Then, rub them together with your hands until crumbly.
Step 3: Prepare the Rhubarb Wash the rhubarb and peel if necessary. Then, cut it into pieces about 1 cm thick and mix with sugar. Transfer the prepared rhubarb to ramekins.
Step 4: Bake the Desserts Place equal portions of vanilla pudding over the rhubarb. Then, sprinkle each ramekin with the prepared crumble. Bake the desserts for about 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
