Acapulco is a refreshing cocktail made with rum and tequila. It is incredibly light and fruity.
Ingredients
- White Rum, 40 ml
- Silver Tequila, 40 ml
- Pineapple Juice, 80 ml
- Grapefruit Juice, 40 ml
- Simple Syrup, 20 ml
Preparation
Fill a shaker with ice and pour all the ingredients into it. Remember to measure each ingredient precisely – this is the only way to maintain the original recipe and achieve the desired effect! Use a jigger or kitchen measure to do this. Shake all the ingredients vigorously in the shaker, then strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice using a bartender’s strainer.
