Ingredients
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Chicken breast fillets: 500 g
- Yellow bell pepper: 1 piece
- Cucumber: 0.25 piece
- Hamburger buns: 4 pieces
- Iceberg lettuce: 160 g
- Curry powder: 2 teaspoons
- Ketchup: 100 g
- Salt: a pinch
Preparation
Mix ketchup with curry and black pepper, set aside 2 tablespoons. Wash chicken breast fillets, pat dry, and remove tendons. Coat with the remaining curry ketchup and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Peel and slice the cucumber. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Clean the bell pepper, remove seeds, and slice into thin rings. Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, then season with salt. Grill the bell pepper rings alongside the chicken, flipping occasionally.
Slice the buns in half and briefly toast on the grill. On one half, layer a lettuce leaf, a few cucumber slices, a chicken fillet, and bell pepper rings. Drizzle with the remaining curry ketchup, then cover with the other half of the bun.
