An original way to prepare delicious meat on the grill: tender turkey pieces marinated in pesto and served with fresh basil.
Ingredients
- Fresh basil: 6 g
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Turkey breast: 800 g
- Pesto: 50 g
Preparation
- Wash and pat dry the turkey steaks. Season with black pepper and coat with pesto on both sides. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the turkey steaks on a preheated grill for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Garnish with torn basil leaves before serving.
