A delicious Mediterranean-style dinner – tagliatelle with sautéed shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and black olives. Finger-licking good!
Ingredients
- Tagliatelle – 3 nests
- Shrimp – 8 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes – 4 pieces
- Black olives – 5 pieces
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Preparation
- Clean, wash, and pat dry the shrimp.
- Cook the tagliatelle in salted water. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet, add sliced garlic and shrimp. Season with salt to taste and sauté briefly on each side.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Slice the olives into thicker slices.
- Add the cooked and drained tagliatelle to the shrimp and sauté together briefly. You can add a small amount of pasta water if needed. Add olives and cherry tomatoes.
- Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
