  • 150g pineapple, trimmed, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ice (optional)

Method of preparation:

Place the chopped pineapple and sliced banana in a blender.

Squeeze in the juice of one lime for a zesty citrus flavour.

If you like your smoothie cold, add a handful of ice.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
