Maple Syrup Yogurt

A delicious dessert featuring maple syrup. Quick and delightful!


  • 180 g natural or Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Fresh fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit, kiwi, banana, pomegranate
  • Optional for breakfast: a few tablespoons of breakfast cereal or oats and a teaspoon of sunflower or pumpkin seeds


Pour yogurt into a bowl, drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with your favorite fruits. For a breakfast version, add breakfast cereal or oats and seeds.
