Ingredients:
- 2lb chicken wings
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper.
Season wings with salt and black pepper.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the wings in a single layer on the baking tray.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, mix the Dijon mustard, honey and dried thyme leaves in a bowl.
When the wings are baked, remove them from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
Toss the wings in the honey Dijon sauce until they are well coated.
Return the coated wings to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
