  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper.

Season wings with salt and black pepper.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the wings in a single layer on the baking tray.

Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

While the wings are baking, mix the Dijon mustard, honey and dried thyme leaves in a bowl.

When the wings are baked, remove them from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).

Toss the wings in the honey Dijon sauce until they are well coated.

Return the coated wings to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
