Ingredients
- Bananas – 4 pcs.
- Brown sugar – 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon – a pinch
- Butter – 80 g
- Oranges – 3 pcs.
- Vanilla ice cream – 0.5 l
- Mixed spice – 1 tsp
Preparation
Sauce: Bring the juice of 3 oranges, 80 g of butter, mixed spice, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a boil, stirring frequently, until a sauce consistency is achieved.
Grilled Bananas: Place 4 unpeeled bananas on the grill (grill over embers, not flames) covered until they turn black and become soft. Remove the bananas from the grill rack, slice the skin lengthwise, and arrange them on a plate.
How to Serve: Drizzle the prepared sauce over the bananas and serve with vanilla ice cream.
