Aromatic Apple Jam

Check out the recipe for delicious jam made from apples, oranges, and cinnamon – it surprises with its flavor!


  • Green apples – 1.5 kg
  • Cinnamon – 3 g
  • Lemon juice – 50 ml
  • Orange juice – 125 ml
  • Sugar – 700 g


  1. Washed, peeled, and cored apples are diced into pieces measuring 5 x 7 mm.
  2. In a wide pot with a thick bottom, thoroughly mix the apples, sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Sauté the apples over high heat for 10-14 minutes, stirring constantly, until they take on a light golden, glossy color. Optionally, you can season the apples with cinnamon.
  4. Transfer the still hot jam into sterilized and dried jars. Wipe the edges of the jars, then screw on the lids. Place the jars with the jam in a pot filled with water (once the jars are placed in the pot, the water should reach just above halfway up their height). Ensure that the jars in the pot do not touch each other. Bring the water to a boil and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Remove the ready jars from the pot, turn them upside down, and leave them to cool.
