The combination of white rum, brandy, and fino sherry is exceptionally aromatic and elegant. The Andalucia cocktail is perfect for a sophisticated dinner.


  • White Rum, 10 ml
  • Brandy, 20 ml
  • Fino Sherry, 40 ml
  • Simple Syrup, 10 ml


Serve the drink in a lowball glass, previously chilled – you can briefly place it in the freezer or fill the glass with ice. Pour all ingredients and shake in a shaker. Strain without ice into the chilled glass. You can use lemon zest as decoration.
