Furious Dog – Classic Shot

Furious Dog - Classic Shot

It’s worth mentioning from the start that making a Furious Dog shot doesn’t require any professional bartending tools or even special skills. All you need is some enthusiasm, high-quality ingredients, and a few shot glasses for vodka.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka (25 ml)
  • Raspberry syrup (15 ml)
  • Tabasco sauce (3-4 drops)

Preparation:

Let’s start with the shot glasses. You can chill them by putting them in the freezer for a short time or filling them with ice and letting them sit for 15 minutes. Pour the chilled vodka into the prepared shot glasses, then carefully add the raspberry syrup and the Tabasco sauce. It’s important not to mix the drink! Wait for the thick syrup to settle at the bottom, creating the signature layers. Voilà! It’s ready to serve. You can adjust the recipe to your taste, but be sure to maintain the balance of flavors.

Alternative Versions of the Classic Shot

For the original shot, pour the vodka into the glass and gently add the syrup to create a layered effect, with 1/3 of the glass filled with syrup and 2/3 filled with vodka. Finish with 1-2 drops of Tabasco sauce.
