Tagliatelle with Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes

A delicious Mediterranean-style dinner – tagliatelle with sautéed shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and black olives. Finger-licking good!

Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle – 3 nests
  • Shrimp – 8 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4 pieces
  • Black olives – 5 pieces
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Preparation

  1. Clean, wash, and pat dry the shrimp.
  2. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet, add sliced garlic and shrimp. Season with salt to taste and sauté briefly on each side.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. Slice the olives into thicker slices.
  6. Add the cooked and drained tagliatelle to the shrimp and sauté together briefly. You can add a small amount of pasta water if needed. Add olives and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
