This dish is proof that just a few simple ingredients are enough to prepare an excellent Italian-style dish!
Ingredients
- Eggplant: 0.5
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
- Dried oregano: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Semi-skimmed cottage cheese: 80 g
- Chicken breast fillets: 4
Preparation
- Soak toothpicks in cold water. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat them dry, and rub them on both sides with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Wash the eggplant and cut it into 8 thin slices. Cut the cheese slices in half, place them on the chicken fillets, then arrange 2 slices of eggplant on each fillet, and secure them with toothpicks.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, first on the side with the cheese and eggplant, then flip and grill for another 7-10 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
